Chef Steven is passionate about producing tasty and delicious meals so he uses the best locally sourced seasonal produce available from trusted and respected growers and producers in and around the Nowra region.

For the past 26 years, food and entertaining has been a passion for Chef, Steven Bassett.

Steven's apprenticeship began in the early 1990's at Noosa's iconic Sails Netanya Resort.

Steven has headed some of the best restaurants in Australia and Internationally.

For the past 4 years, Steven was part owner and executive chef of the iconic Melbourne Metropolitan Hotel.
