Steven's apprenticeship began in the early 1990's at Noosa's iconic Sails Netanya Resort.
Steven has headed some of the best restaurants in Australia and Internationally.
For the past 4 years, Steven was part owner and executive chef of the iconic Melbourne Metropolitan Hotel.
